What do we use your information for?

Any of the information we collect from you through our website may be used in any of the following ways:

We will retain and use Your Personal Information for as long as necessary to satisfy the purpose(s) for which it was collected and to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.  Once data is aggregated, de-identified, or anonymized, it may be retained for a longer period as permitted by law.

This privacy policy does not apply to information we may collect from you offline or in person.  For our residents and their families, please see our privacy policies received as part of your move-in documents.

We collect certain information when you either apply online for employment or when you fill out the contact us form on our website. 

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. Senior Assistance Services may process your Personal Data because:
